All Purpose flour made from Endosperm in the wheat grain kernel is commonly known as refined flour or Maida. It is milled from winter wheat which is generally high in gluten content. All purpose flour is finely milled and is separated from Bran. It is commonly used for making biscuits, cakes, pastries and other bakery products.
